iPhone internet not working despite showing connected

My mums iPhone 12 is showing that it is connected to wifi but the wifi she is connected to says “no internet connection”. Other people can connect to this wifi without this issue. And she has tried restarting her phone several times.

When I go to Reset there is no option to reset network settings.
