Transfer Amazon Prime photos to Apple storage instead?

How do I easily move my Amazon Prime photos back into iCloud? I’m looking to close my Prime account but can’t see a straightforward way to move my main photo vault. I have no Mac to help me, only iPhone and iPad. I have many thousands of pics on there and it seems impossible to find a way to do this. Thank you in advance.
