iTunes Music Not Playing in my Mac

Hi I can't play a single music that I have in my Mac, when I click on a music nothing happens, I've selected different music and still the same. Hence I restarted now when I select a music to play iTunes just loads up taking forever.

I have recently updated to the newest version of MAC OS.
