Hi, is this intended or should I bring it back to the store?
I have Macbook Air M3 and it flickers or turns on then off when I press the power button/touch ID after it sleeps.

I think you should take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there if you think the circumstance you face with is something wrong.
