Third party calls showing in my iphone call history

How can I stop all third party apps from showing in the phone call logs.

Teams, Whatspap, Skype all filling up the logs and it’s time consuming to finding my phone calls.

These are not phone calls, they are conference calls and each records them in their own apps anyway.
