How to empty an entire folder in iCloud Mail?

You can delete multiple email messages from a folder using the iCloud web interface of Apple Mail by selecting a message and then either holding down the SHIFT key and selecting the last message you want to delete (which will highlight all the messages in between) OR holding down the CMD key and selecting whatever messages you want in a folder.
