I’ve just changed from a windows 10 to a 2021 iMac, picked up the printer okay, HP Envy 6000 but when I print a picture the bottom portion is printing in green lines. I’ve clean the printer nozzles etc. Help please.

Try printing a demo or test page from the printer itself to isolate whether the problem is with the printer or with the computer & printer driver.
Since you have a Win10 system, how does the printer work with it?
Try printing using a different app....sometimes a particular app is unable to handle some documents properly.
Also try printing a different document....even a simple newly created document with no fancy features.
Thankyou Ronasara, Unfortunately the printer is out of warranty, I have just downloaded the HP Smart app onto my Mac, printed the picture again and the lines are gone but the whole picture is in green. I’ve tried the help centre through HP but can’t get anywhere.
Thanks for the link, this was more helpful than the one I tried before. Did all the diagnostics (again) this time the Magenta was missing from the quality report, and I’ve just convinced the HP bot that they should send me more ink.

Since the printer is new it is under warranty. Contact the printer vendor for assistance.
This sounds more like a low or dry ink problem and not a computer problem.

Yea’ my first thought was that the Magenta section of the cartridge, was either plugged up or low on ink.
