No library access on tv Apple TV+ app

I'm using new Samsung smart tv

UN40MU7000,

Model UN40MU7000 is from 2017, and wouldn’t have the full Apple TV app, but instead the specialized Apple TV+ app, that doesn’t feature a Library or Store. The full Apple TV app came with the 2018 and later models Samsung TV.
