Apple Podcasts Connect agreements page keeps redirecting to business page so I can't finish my Podcaster Connect account setup!

I can't finish setting up my Apple Podcaster account because it requires me to sign an agreement, but every time I click to "View the agreement" it redirects me away from podcastsconnect.apple.com/agreements to podcastsconnect.apple.com/business so I can't finish setting up my account or linking my Libsyn. HELP!

What I've tried:

• Typing the url directly into my browser and search engine
• Trying an incognito tab
• Clearing my cache

I think this is a HUGE bug on Apple's end.
