How can I remove my email from autofill on websites?
every time I need to add my email to any website this email keeps popping up how do I remove it

Check your contact at Settings > Contacts > My Info. Does it show you name there?
Go to the Contacts app and look for your name. It should have "me" next to the contact name. Does you contact have that email address in there?
