I am unable to allow apps to ask if I would like to be tracked

Hello again ~  Is your iPhone being managed by MDM? How about Screen Time? Check

if there are any app restrictions that could be causing the “App Tracking Greyed Out” problem. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Ensure that “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is enabled. If still of no help …post back and we will keep working on this.

Hello once more~ Double check your birthday as the message indicates that your Apple ID does not meet the min age requirements for change. If nothing posted works for you…go to lower left and click on the small Support icon.

Hello~ Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Make sure you know your credentials before doing so. Have you forced restarted your iPhone?
