Is it possible for someone to merge my lost Beats Fit Pro with a different iPhone?

I lost my fit pro and when I go to the app find my it shows them but it won’t show the location ?

they been lost for over a week I’m pretty sure the battery is dead but also I want to think someone found them and they merged it into a different iPhone .. any help ?

If the battery is depleted, they will not be able to provide any updates to the Find My app on your iPhone.

Like the Apple AirPods, they would have to know your Apple ID to first remove them from that ID, BEFORE it would be possible for them to associate them to theirs.
