Apple business connect API Update process

I am trying to update location information, but the api response is:

• PreconditionFailed. (in the httpresponsemessage, PUT ) AND
• [{"message":"Resource not found for '{{etag}}'. Please sync resource to latest ETag","code":"LOCATION__INCORRECT_ETAG","context":{"etag":"\"b642c240-0630-11ef-8f17-d9dd540de4a0\""}}] over the ReadAsync.

I am getting the Etag using this process:

but so far no luck
