"Contact information verification" on App Store Connect freezes

Hello,

When I open App Store Connect on Firefox, I got a notification that I had to verify if I'm a trader to comply with EU regulations.

However, every time I try to fill the popup window out, it gets stuck on this screen:

When I open google chrome and try to fill it out there, it still freezes, and with all my browser extensions disabled it still freezes. At this point I am totally lost as to how I'm supposed to fill this out. Any ideas?
