Login fail on iPhone 13 Instagram app

It appears my iPhone has been blocked from letting me login to the Instagram app with my correct passwords. I have tried everything from deleting the app, updating, restarting phone. I can login to instagram on the Web browser on both my phone and Mac but when I use the same password through the app it says it is incorrect. I have also tried two factor verification both codes and text codes. I paid an it guy to check it out and he said my url of my iPhone was blocked and I would only solve it by buying a new phone! He was able to login to the app to my account on his phone. Can someone help? My phone is less than a year old, I cannot buy another one just to fix this Instagram issue.
