iPhone Randomly Disables after inactivuty

Starting out of the blue my iPhone will randomly disable itself for longer and longer time if I don't use it. Overnight I wake up to find it disabled for an hour or if I let it sit on the counter it's disabled for 30 minutes. My IOS is up to date, I tried a power cycle, I tried turning passcode and Face ID off and back on.
