Die Aufnahmezeit eines Fotos in der Info mit dem Zeitzonenkürzel anzeigen - unter macOS 13 Ventura
Wenn Fotos in Fotos nicht korrekt chronologisch angezeigt werden, kann es daran liegen, dass Fotos beim Import eine falsche Zeitzone für das Aufnahmedatum angenommen hat.
Wenn man in Fotos die Bilder mit einer falschen Zeitzone entdecken will, hilft es, dafür zur sorgen, dass die Uhrzeit für alle Fotos immer mit dem Zeitzonenkürzel angezeigt wird.
Da Fotos das Format "Mittel" für die Anzeige der Uhrzeit verwendet, muss man das Mittel Format so ändern, dass es die Zeitzone enthält. Das konnte in macOS 10.14 bis macOS 12 in den Systemeinstellungen leicht geändert werden, siehe: Wie kann man die Aufnahmezeit eines Fotos… - Apple Community
Unter macOS 13 Ventura sind diese nützlichen Einstellungen in den Systemeinstellungen verschwunden. Man kann sie aber immer noch im Terminal über ein defaults Kommando ändern.

Man muss nur das Programm Terminal öffnen und dann dieses Kommando hinein kopieren:
defaults write NSGlobalDomain AppleICUTimeFormatStrings -dict-add "2" "**:mm:** z"
Danach die Fotos.app neu starten und das Datum wird mit der Zeitzone in Fotos angezeigt, aber auch überall sonst, wo das Mittel Format verwendet wird.
just used this in Terminal... and it seems to have worked. I use the medium time format to display the timezone in the Photos info window (which I'm guessing is one of the use cases you use too). I ran the command in Terminal then opened Photos and the info window shows the timezone.
