MacOS Sierra Upgrade
Hallo zusammen,
ich besitze ein MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, Ende 2011) und nutze aktuell das OS X Yosemite (10.10.5). Ich möchte das OS gerne aktualisieren, bekomme aber immer die Fehlermeldung "Fehler 1004 - Versuche es später erneut".
Ich konnte das Upgrade einmal herunterladen, habe es aber aufgrund einer Fehlermeldung bei der Installation (Fehlermeldung weiß ich leider nicht mehr) wieder komplett gelöscht und ein Backup habe ich davon nicht.
Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit, das Upgrade noch mal herunterzuladen?
Ich habe bereits das hier probiert:
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go then move the com.apple.appstore.cookies file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Preferences
Click Go then move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Preferences
