Frage: APPLE ID IN PREVIOUS COUNTRY NOT WORKING...

I moved to a new country and have a lot of content with my Apple ID but since I`m no longer living there I have no payment info in this country to attach to it and, is not accepting any payment method I have now and doesn't let me change country or update apps as the system says I have a problem with my payment method but doesnt let me input a new one...HEEEELLLPPP. How can I transfer all content I have to a new Apple ID or at least that it lets me change the country on the actual one I have.
