Wie markiere ich alle Fotos in der iCloud um sie zu sichern?

You can use the Share menu to select all photos in a moment.

Use the SHARE icon to select the entire moment. then click away to remove the SHARE feature, but the entire moment stays selected

Then use the Download button.

ist denn die Foto App auf dem Mac nicht synchron mit der iCloud...?

diese Funktion gibt es auch nicht...! Du kannst lediglich einzelne Fotos markieren und downloaden...

aber warum willst du dies machen...? Die Fotos und Videos sollten doch bereits bei eingeschalteter iCloud-Fotomediathek auf deinem Mac bereits alle vorhanden sein...

Sichere doch einfach den Mac mit TimeMachine... dann hast du alles was du brauchst...
