Virtual machines unter VMware fusion 11.0.3 don't work after 10.14.5 beta (18F108f)

Question

After the update this week of the latest beta update, all virtual machines don't start. The message is:

/dev/vmmon cannot be open, broken pipe

Please verify if kernel module vmmon is loaded (traduce from german)

then

init the monitor failed (traduce from german)

On Security tab, VMware fusion is not blocked, this is a new problem from this latest beta version

Who can help?
