Hard drive failure - iMac
when I run first aid on my harddrive it says "error: found file extent gap (id 16) at logical address 1738534912 (expected 0)" what should I do?

It seems to me you ran verify instead of Disk Repair. To repair you need to boot from your recovery partition and run Disk Utility from there.

Finally, there are some directory problems that require stronger tools for repair. It may be cheaper to restore your computer from a backup, but if you need to try repairing it you may need to try a tool such as Diskwarrior. Of course this also begs the question as to why this problem arose in the first place and if the drive is failing. Run Disk Utility again and then please ask this in the English community if you wish to continue in English.
