Disable Apple Pay in iOS 13

I do NOT want to use Wallet or Apple Pay on iOS 13. How can I deactivate the reminder, that I must finish configuration and have to add a card yet?

Can I deactivate/deinstall Wallet completely?

Wie kann man Apple Pay deaktivieren bzw. Wallet deinstallieren? Im Handbuch habe ich nichts gefunden. Wenn Du gerade dabei bist, wie kann man Health von Watch und iPhone runterwerfen?
