Replacement program for AirPods Pro?

Hi

I have experienced lots of problems with my AirPods Pro (Firmware: 2C54).

For example sometimes Noise Cancelling is not working or it doesn‘t turn on or what ever.

I have heard about a replacememt programm for AirPods Pro with this special Firmeware.

How do I get new AirPods Pro? When I went to town last time (I live in Switzerland) they told me they can only do repairs with my 1 year warranty cuz she couln‘t find informations about this.

Do you guys know if this is real?
