Where can I buy a 16" Macbook Pro with English keyboard in Berlin?

I am trying to buy an English US/UK keyboard 16" Macbook Pro in Berlin. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic I can not visit the shop and I can't contact any English speaking land line from Apple. Does anyone know if I could order the desired model through the Berlin Apple store? Or is there a number that I could dial to speak with English speaking customer services?
