Since the song is integrated as a demo version in Logic Pro X I would like to know if it is allowed to make and publish a remix of this songs without legal problems.

nein, das ist nicht erlaubt.
Erlaubt ist es, deine Inhalte mit Logic Pro zu erstellen und auch zu veröffentlichen, aber nicht, die Apple Inhalte dabei zu nutzen.
Das gilt für alle Programme, auch Pages, Keynote und andere.
