MacBook Pro compromised

My MacBook Pro has likely been hacked. Wiping it through diskutil has no effect. There are several factors why I believe this to be the case:

1) unusual tcp and udp network traffic even if I’m not connected to any network via cable or WiFi.

2) There automatically appear 22 new disks at startup, even after whipping  the Mac and starting in recovery mode. Disks are mounted to folders in my systems root directory and I cannot eject them, because well they get recreated as to the processes which use them.

3) I recently started working for a tech company. I’m not 100% sure, but my best guess would be that they are somehow involved.

What would you do? Any advice?

Here‘s a screenshot of some commands executed in the terminal in recovery mode after erasing the only disk.
