Probleme mit macOs Catalina

Ich habe vor ein paar Monaten, ein Update auf mein MacBook Pro von Mitte 2012 geladen. Leider habe ich seit dem, extreme Probleme.


Die Leistung hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Auch die Empfehlungen vom Support (NAVRAM zurücksetzen und das zweite fällt mir gerade nicht ein??) hat nicht geholfen.


Die Leistung ist weiterhin sehr schlecht und alles läuft langsam. Sogar beim Schreiben werden

die Buchstaben manchmal. sehr zeitverzögert angezeigt.


Gibt es hier noch eine Lösung? Vor dem Update, hatte ich keine Problem und möchte mir

kein neues Gerät kaufen.

danke für die Antwort!


Ich habe noch 250 GB freien Speicher, also 50%.


CPU ist 94% inaktiv und 3 von 4 GB Arbeitsspeicher belegt.


Im gesicherten Modus, CPU bei 85% und Arbeitsspeicher bei 2 von 4 GB.

Beim verwenden fast keine Veränderung.


Virenscanner habe ich auch schon laufen lassen, ohne Fund.


Lohnt sich ein größerer Arbeitsspeicher?


oder an was könnte es dann liegen?

Ok, danke für die vielen Infos. Ich bin nun leider ein leihe.


Also wenn ich das richtig verstehe, brauche ich eine neue Festplatte? Könntet ihr ma

eine empfehlen? Und kann ich das so ohne weiteres ohne spezielle Kenntnisse montieren?


Backup hatte ich erst gemacht und werde ich heute dann noch machen. Zeigt es dann denke

ich nicht an, weil der Stick nicht gesteckt war.
