Can't delete Adobe Utilities folders

Hi,

after uninstalling Abobe creative cloud to solve an adobe error code 146, I've been trying to delete the Adobe creative cloud experience and Adobe sync. folders from Utilities. Even Adobe support couldn't remotely fix/delete... Any ideas?

I'm using a MacBook Pro 15-inch 2017 with Big DSur Version 11.4

> Clean My Mac & Virus scanners are deactivated

> Adobe cleaner used

> folders are empty and will neither be dragged to bin nor erase

Would appreciate any help 🙏🏼

Hey,

you should start your Mac in safe mode (see Apple Support page below) which should enable deleting files/folders mentioned

Alternatively, you could boot into the recovery ("cmd R") and delete the files/folder using terminal

type rm -rf and simply drag the files into the terminal; important: note spaces, after m and f

eg rm -rf /Users/name/Desktop/Tempo.rtfd
