How to add Deutsche Bank IBAN to Apple-ID
My card does not have a card number, expiration month and CCV. how can I add it then to my Apple ID

That's what I thought. EC cards cannot be used directly with the Apple account or Apple Pay. Only the following payment methods are supported (whereby "Guthaben", which you can get in any supermarket, is my favorite due to the many discount promotions where you like to get 20% bonus credit):
- Apple Pay
- Die meisten Kredit- und Debitkarten
- PayPal
- Abrechnung über die Handyrechnung (durch unterstützte Mobilfunkanbieter)6
- Apple-ID-Guthaben (durch Einlösen von Geschenkkarten oder Hinzufügen von Guthaben)
