German Keyboard Layout in Thailand - IMPOSSIBLE ?

Hello,

I am living in Thailand but I need a MBP 14inch with a German keyboard Layout. It is not an option in Thailand. How can I get a MBP with the German keyboard Layout without having it to ship myself from Germany and paying an immense amount of import taxes?
