Invoice problem
Dear Apple staff. On 01/06/2023 I bought a phone from your store in Vienna and asked for a taxfree invoice. After I sent your invoice to Global Blue, I received a response that the invoice you gave me does not comply with the tax free form established by law in Austria. As a result, gobal blue refuses to refund my tax until you provide me with a correct invoice. I ask you to provide global blue a correct original invoice for tax free or refund me the loss of 153€, because I lost money due to an error by Apple. Please contact me to solve this situation.
