How to transfer WhatsApp data from android to new iPhone

I don't see the option to transfer whatsapp data from my android to new iPhone even though I fulfill all software requirements found online:

old: samsung s9, android v10

new: iphone 13, reset

android whatsapp v2.22.13.76

android move to iOS v3.3.1

I can successfully move all content, but don't see the option for whatsapp. What can I do?
