IPA files can't be copied to iPhone anymore

Can you please help me with an Info? How I can copy without ITunes an IPA file to my Iphone? Then of course to launch it.

because your made it to the german support community, I'll answer in german (for english version see below).
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit beliebige Dateien auf das iPhone zu kopieren und dort auszuführen, da iOS nur einen sehr eingeschränkten Zugriff auf das Dateisystem zulässt.
Es gibt zwar Möglichkeiten diese Einschränkungen zu umgehen, der sogenannte Jailbreak, aber der wird seitens Apple weder unterstützt noch empfohlen und führt im schlimmsten Fall zu einem Totalschaden des iPhones.

There's no possibility to copy files to the iPhone and execute them on the device, since iOS only allows limited access to its file system.
AFAIK there are ways to open up iOS (Jailbreak), but they are neither supported nor recommended by apple and -in worst case- result in a non-functional iPhone.
