Very weird haptic engine shutoff on MacBook Pro (2018)

I have a very random problem with my MacBook Pro (2018). After using it for some time, the haptic engine in my Trackpad will randomly stop working. The trackpad itself works fine though.

I found a temporary fix, where I SMC-reset my Mac by pressing Ctrl + right Option + right shift and then the power-button while starting the Computer. After doing so, it works fine for a few minutes, after that it stops working again.

Does anybody have a tip how I can get it to work regularly again?

I am on newest Software too.
