Can I get tax free?

Hi, I'm living in Germany since 3 months but actually I'm Turkish and I live in turkey. I wanted to buy a product online and I wanted to write my Turkey residence address to for the billing address to get tax free, but it doesn't work. Turkey is not in the country options. What should I do? How can I get tax free while shopping online?
