SOCD report detected: (AP watchdog expired)

I got this error out of nowhere and suddenly my mac got shut down while watching youtube. I have Mac-M1 and this has never happened before. As seen from the other people reporting the same error , it seems to do with usb port and all , but i have never used any external hardware device to my mac. How this happened , do i need to worry. And i am using macOS - monterey.

Please help !!!
