I can’t change the country/region on apple store because i still have a credit balance but i can’t use it because it doesn’t let me and i don’t have the gift card anymore. i would rather lose the credit but i don’t know how to.

Please contact the iTunes - iTunes – Offizieller Apple Support in this case, as they will remove and retain your credit balance.
