Zwei iPhones, eine Apple-ID

Ich finde zu dem Thema einfach nicht wirklich eine gute Antwort, geschweige denn Infos...

Folgendes Problem: Ich bin selbstständig und habe ein Privates Handy und ein Firmenhandy, da ich die WhatsApp Chats getrennt haben wollte, sowie die Apps (Social Media) nur auf meinem Firmenhandy wollte. Jetzt habe ich aber folgendes Problem, auf meinem Mac und auf meinem iPad benutze ich meine Private Apple ID und muss somit für alle geteilten Notizen mit Kunden oder anderen Apple ID abhängigen Sachen, das über meine Private ID laufen lassen, außer ich mache einen zweiten Account am Mac, dann habe ich aber immer noch das Problem, dass ich am iPad oft Ideen sammle mit Kunden, am iPad kann man aber keine zwei Accounts haben, sprich ich müsste dann am iPad meine private ID löschen und meine FirmenID hinzufügen. Wenn ich jetzt am privaten iPhone Sachen kopiere oder so, kann ich sie nicht auf dem Firmenaccount am Mac einsetzen und auch nicht am iPad (eher kleines Problem). Aktuell nutze ich Spotify, dass kann ich dann einfach auf dem Firmenuser am Mac anmelden, aber wenn ich jetzt Apple Music nutzen würde, die kann ich ja nur mit einer Apple ID nutzen, außer ich habe den Familienplan oder?

Meine Frage jetzt, hat damit jemand Erfahrung, kann mir jemand sagen wie er das gelöst hat/ lösen würde? Einfach die Accounts getrennt lassen und auf dem iPad eben die Firmen ID und am Mac 2 Accounts oder alles über den privaten Account laufen lassen (die andere Nummer am zweiten iPhone behalte ich ja und die Social Media Apps bleiben ja auch darauf), lediglich synchronisieren meine Notizen und Freeform und die Apps die ich Synchronisiert haben will.

I currently use Spotify, which I can then simply log in on the company user on the Mac, but if I were to use Apple Music now, I can only use it with an Apple ID, unless I have the family plan, right?

My question now, does anyone have experience with it, can someone tell me how he solved/would solve this? Simply leave the accounts separated and on the iPad just the company ID and on the Mac 2 accounts or run everything via the private account (I keep the other number on the second iPhone and the social media apps also stay on it), just synchronize my notes and freeform and the apps I want to have synchronized.
