Greetings!
We appreciate your post in the Apple Support Community. I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Let's try to address the problem step by step.
1. Deactivating the Zoom Feature on iPhone:
If the issue is that the Zoom function has been activated and is preventing you from using your phone normally:
Double-tap with three fingers on the iPhone screen. This should zoom out. You can use the same gesture to zoom in.
If the first method doesn't work, try a triple-tap with three fingers. This can be set up as a shortcut for some people to toggle Zoom.
2. Connecting iPhone to MacBook:
Different USB Cable: Use a different USB cable to ensure the current one isn’t damaged.
Different USB Port: Plug your iPhone into a different USB port on your MacBook.
Restart Both Devices: Restart both your iPhone and your MacBook.
Check for Updates: Ensure both your MacBook and iPhone are running the latest software. If you can't access your iPhone, just check your MacBook for now.
Trust This Computer: Normally when you connect an iPhone to a MacBook for the first time, it will ask if you "Trust This Computer". Since you can't see your screen well due to the Zoom issue, it might be challenging, but if you remember the general area of the "Trust" button, you could try tapping there.
Reset Location & Privacy: If you've connected your iPhone to your MacBook before, you can try resetting the "Location & Privacy" settings. This will force the iPhone to ask the "Trust This Computer" question again. To reset, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. But since you have Zoom activated, this might be difficult.
