Several amounts debited by Apple through a credit card not used in Apple account

I have had several amounts debited to one credit card not used by me in apple. I have reported to apple who said they will go canceled the debits and block the account using my credit card but they have done anything - no credit, nothing else said. Did anyone had the same problem?
