for a Numbers file which I edit about once a month, I have versions ("File > Revert To > Browse All Versions...") from December 2021 until July 2022 - then the history ends, no more versions since July 2022. The file is in an iCloud-synched folder, it wasn't moved or alike since its existence.
What could be the reason for this? Is there a chance, that recent versions exist, but for any reason can't be accessed by me?

Thanks for your reply! everything you write seems fine in my case - so I'll have a look if I find something suspicious in the iCloud settings, make some tests with other iWorks file to see if have a general issue & contact Apple Support if needed...
