Credit card can't be updated

First, ensure your billing address matches your account address. Next, clear any pending transactions, as they can block changes. Sometimes, removing the existing payment method before adding a new one helps. Also, clear any store credit or active subscriptions before changing the country/region. If issues persist, contact Apple Support for assistance.
