Backup by Time Machine and SNB external SSD connection

Backup by Time Machine doesn't work under Mac OS Sonoma. Time Machine connect to the external SSD via SNB / Network. It creates a Backup file (in my point of view Time Machine is able to connect to this SSD drive and write files), but then the process stops after a view seconds and stops with error.

The same Backup by Time Machine via the same SNB with other Mac's under OS Monterey work without any problems.

What could I do to solve the problem?
