„Secure“ folder in my user folder

Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 16 with M1 processor and I fear that I have been hacked. Beside 1) noticing that the microphone and the camera are switched on in the middle of the night, that 2) the MBP starts playing YouTube music videos out of the blue while the screen is inactive and that 3) my fingerprints were mysteriously deleted such that Touch ID suddenly did not work any more, a new folder with the name “secure” appeared in my user folder. The folder is apparently empty (0 Bytes) and if I use Command-I to display its properties under “Sharing and permissions” it says “You have unknown access”. I tried to delete the folder, however, it is not possible. Any command in Terminal (e.g. “ls - secure” or “rm -f secure”) is not accepted with the message “Operation not permitted”, not even as root user.

Any advice is welcome
