MacBook Pro Clicking sound from around the trackpad

Hey guys,

my macbook recently started to make a clicking noise from around and my trackpad (mostly from the left of it)

it sometimes even clicks from me barely touching it.

this macbook is always in the same place and i barely even move it around on the table, it still out of nowhere started doing it, i also saw some "easy" fixes for it, like pulling the trackpad down or whatever...

all of those last for 5min and it starts doing it again

did someone maybe have the same problem? or knows anything i could do?
