App Seamonkey unter MacOS 15.1 startet nicht

Indeed it does not open.

However if I do "show package contents" on the app you can go to Contents/MacOS. In that folder is a binary named seamonkey. If you click that it will try to open with terminal, but that fails because of Apple security restrictions. Then you can specify that you allow this app to open in either a pop up or in preferences under security and privacy near the bottom of that panel. Apple made it notoriously difficult to find this. After that you can start and use seamonkey by clicking on that binary and let terminal deal with the logistics in stead of the finder.

To make it easier, make an alias to that binary seamonkey and put that alias in a convenient place (dock). It then just works!

Could you please help in providing the right text for Terminal? The solution with the alias brings a solution to the problem but the Terminal window must remain open permanently.
