My AirPods Max keep crashing

I’ve had this problem for ages, going to apple stores multiple times and even getting a whole Earpiece (not the cushion) swapped and it keeps happening. Everytime I slightly shift the Airpods on my head, it makes a little clicking noise and the right Earpiece turns off, stopping the music and noise cancelling. The left side keeps playing tho for about 30 seconds (I can’t stop or influence the music in those 30sec) and then it clicks again and the AirPods completely turn off. Then they don’t power on again like they should, instead I have to manually hold both buttons to turn the AirPods off completely and then press the long button until the led flashes white to reconnect. Sometimes the AirPods don’t even turn on before wearing them. Although charged I have to plug them in so they even react to me powering them off (by holding both buttons again) so I can then power them on and reconnect. Is this some kind of one time thing or does anyone else have this very particular problem too??
