I'm living in Austria but I do not Speak German, not interested on getting a German Keyboard but English.
If buying a Mac here, do I get German Keyboard? because when going through out the configuration, Ram SDD, etc, it was no mention regarding the Keyboard.

It is certainly possible to buy any Mac with US-QWERTY/UK keyboard. Simply choose one in the dropdown menue below "Tastatursprache":
