Deactivate background app refresh during focus for selected apps

Is it possible (or could it be developed) to completely stop all background activity from selected apps when activating a focus mode? I use my phone for work and private use and when I am home I want to completely disable my work related apps. I not only want the notifications to be muted, but all activity (e.g. usage of data, current location and battery) to be stopped until the work focus is activated again. Furthermore, my sports watch (not Apple) still notifies me of all notifications that should be silenced by the active focus mode. Silenced notifications should refer also to 3rd party devices.
